The SWOT analysis stood out the most for me in this week’s reading assignment. I remember reading about this analysis in a different business class and it reminded me of the plans business owners goes through. Understanding the strengths, weaknesses, and its external opportunities and threats seems like a must to have a business that is successful.
I think the thing that was most confusing to me was the table on 13.1. On the strategic steps section the chart didn’t make much sense to me. Opportunities part of the chart seemed to not make sense. I feel like it needed more explanation.

I think the author was right about all the things he talked about and I think this chapter was more of a review of what we learned in different classes. It was more of a review for me than anything.
